anyone got good tips for e-discovery for lotus notes mail files

I'm looking for some best practices for discovery with regards to lotus notes mail files.  export information, copy information, convert to pdf.  Products you swear by.  Conferences you would recommend to go to.  Websites and/or forums you go to regulary to ask questions and share information.
